Network adapter settings for servers in a domain/multi-domain forerst

Hi,

I have 2 DCs in a domain. The members servers in this domain point to the PDCe DC as the secondary DNS server, not primary.

Does this have any consequence?

Also, on adapter settings:

1) Should DNS servers be the entire tree going up? E.g. if I im a child domain I included the child domain's (Current domain) DNS servers 

2) If I have a multi-domain forest (which 2 out of 3 of my forests are), how should I configure the bottom half of this property sheet?
