LsaSrv Event ID 40961

I see this warning in the system log of many of our servers.  The information I find on this is vague, usually pointing to this

Or some useless information like "i fixed mine by adding a reverse zone."

We aren't receiving calls on the matter, no known outages or complaints.  Can anyone provide some explanation as to what this event means and how I might troubleshoot it?

Is it just a brief split second non-response from a DC being logged before a good response is generated or is it a broad scope issue that needs to be fixed?
