New Custom Attribute "Year Group" ADUC 2008

Hi all,

I've read a thousand articles on this but want to get this right in my head before making any changes. 

We'd like to have two new attributes to be displayed as columns within ADUC 

The two attributes we'd like would be called "year group" and also another called "House"

I'm assuming they'd be added to the "user class" or would it be the "person class" ??

and then use ADSI edit to add it to be displayed as a custom column within ADUC ?
