How to create user homeDirectory when accessing AD as ldap

Hallo:

   I've an application which access AD 2003R2  to maintain information. One of the fields it mantains is homeDirectory.

   If I modify that field form AD tools, the folder is created automatically.

   But I modify it accessing AD as a LDAP, so folder is not created.

   How can I say AD to create the user folder when the user connects it the folders doesn't' exist?
