ADFS Certificate expiration warning on Office 365 Admin portal

"One of your on-premises Federation Service certificates is expiring. Failure to renew the certificate and update trust properties within 26 days will result in a loss of access to all Office 365 services for all users.Update  now"

I have checked the SSL cert I installed last year and its good until 2016. What cert is this warning referring to?

I also ran 'Get-ADFSProperties' on my main ADFS server and the 'AutoCertificateRollover' value is set to 'True' so I'm not sure do I need to take any steps to address this warning or not...?

Any advice would be appreciated. Note I have two Top Level Federated domains if that makes any difference....
