Good people of Technet,
Having a nightmare getting a new RODC to work the way it should. Some PC's authenticate Correctly and some do not.
I am using %logonserver% to verify that the right DC is being queried.
There are no differences in the client OS and general hardware.
I have NOT made any adjustments to the Client's Primary DNS entry to point to the RODC. That seems to have zero effect.
I have prepopulated all remote computer accounts and users with no errors. There are no replication errors on the RODC.
I've read every available web and technet article, but they won't let me paste links here.

1)RegisteringSiteSpecific registry entries in HKLM...NETLOGON
2)SRV records and DCLocator processes
No luck. It's amazing how many RODC questions there are when, but so few where people actually explain if the issue is fixed.
