homepage policy issue in IE 6 via gpo

Hi there,

I have implemented Active Directory in WindowsSvr 2012 and the forest functional level is also 2012. 60% of the client machine use IE 6.0 sp3. So, i created a policy for homepage, it has been well implemented in IE 7 and later but not in IE 6. Is there any kind of issue in Win svr 2012 which doesn't support IE 6.0?
