One user is asked to re-enter his credentials while trying to connect via Windows 7 VPN client. PPTP protocol.
This is an account issue, but the credentials are typed correctly.
From his home, I could use my credentials to connect. From inside the network, I can use my credentials to connect. I've made sure of his username and password, but as it verifies the credentials it kicks back the box to "Re-enter your user name and password." When you re-enter, it finally fails, giving the vague Error 619. Can an AD account be "fixed." I'm convinced this is an issue with the account. All AD properties would suggest this user could log-in via VPN-PPTP.
