What are the steps to move Active Directory

Dear All,

Please advice, I have a situation where right now my Active Directory is in Windows Server 2003 Server Small Business Server Edition.

Now my company wants to buy a new server with the higher technology and with Windows Server 2008 R2 standard edition inside the server.

How do I move my active directory to the new server? some of my friends say that it is impossible, because I have AD in win server 2003 SBS edition, please advice is that true?

If not, please enlighten my path, what are the procedures that should I take to make it possible?
