Will security settings of lanmanserver get copied from dc to all other domain joined computers?

Hi, Experts,

I have a domain entered into a very strange state.  File share of all my servers stop working because lanmanserver failed to start , due to "data is invalid" error.

I have posted my question on above URL but have not resolved.

I have found the root cause, but can not resolve it ,as once I import right security settings of lanmanserver service into registry, on next restart, the setting will fall back to wrong state.

So , I was wandering if security setting of lanmanserver will get copied from dc or other computers and how it works.
