USN Rollback

Hi 

I am facing on 1 DC USN rollback issue...... I have gone through below a articles and find out the solution. 

I want to know if any other way to resolve this issue..

As in the path..HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NTDS\Parameters"DSA not writable " value is 4 which indicate to USN roll back cause........
