language tags in active directory user attributes

Dear all,

I would like to ask a question on multilingual support in active directory user attributes.

As we know, to OpenLDAP standard supports language tags (RFC 3866) that can store an attribute value in many languages.

For example,  the attributes cn, givenName of the User class support the language tags "cn;lang-el", "givenName;lang-el", in case we need to store values in the greek language.

Does Active Directory 2003 support a similar functionality?
