Remove zombie computers from the domain

I have this weird scenario may be you guys can help i have researched the technet  forums and not find satisfaction answer

i don't want to join and rejoin this computer to domain .i didn't see any lingering objects in AD

Below event id is generated on domain controller but we don't have any record of the below computer account in AD or in DNS. 

Ask: if this computer account is present in AD or dns how do i find it(powershell etc) , we don't have any replication issues.we want  to get rid of this alert and zombie machine
