Authentication issues on domain computers.

Hello, I've been having this problem since last week and it's happen several times since. At random times users will lose their connection to the file server (deployed by GPO), their Outlook loses connection to Exchange, login to workstations and servers takes a very long time. After a period of time everything starts working again as if nothing had happened. It's important to mention that while the issue is going on workstations and servers don't lose internet and can ping and resolve dns to every server on the network. This discards the issue being network connectivity. All these aspects we're having trouble with are authentication based  so this has lead me to believe that the issue has to do with our Domain Controller. We have three Windows 2008 R2 domain controllers, oly one being the primary DC. I have checked the logs on all three of them and there is no clue as to what is happening. I have also checked DNS on all three and it's fine. I've also checked DFS replication and it's working fine. I activated Userenvlog on a workstation in hopes of finding a clue but I don't understand anything on the log.

I uploaded the userenvlog to Skydrive. Here is the link: http://sdrv.ms/X50HEb

I'm clueless as to what is happening. I don't know what else to do. Please Technet community I need your help!! Thanks.
