How to replicate from BDC to PDC after PDC is non authoritatively recoverd?

Hi,

Our PDC crashed recently. We bring backu the PDC with the help of tape backup i.e., 3 months older one.

Generally replication takes place automatically, if it is not done then how can we do it forcefully from BDC to PDC?
