when i deploy a additional domain controller it is working like RODC. that is one way replication.
the scenario is that i have two domain controller. one would be the primary (dc1.sdps.com) and other one would be the secondary (additional domain controller (dc2.sdps.com)). This two system are working fine (getting replicate with each other). if i create a another additional domain controller (dc3.sdps.com) , it is getting replicate form the primary(dc1.sdps.com). If i do the changes (creating users (or) changing the password for the existing users) in the primary (dc1.sdps.com) or in the secondary (dc2.sdps.com),it is getting replicate to all the domain controller in the forest. but if i do a change on the new additional domain controller (dc3.sdps.com), it is not getting replicate to the primary. (the change only can be done in the primary and secondary). i have configured normal domain controller without selecting RODC option for additional domain controller while installing. Even though new DC seems to be reacting like RODC.
