An AD DC for the domain xxx could not be contacted WHY

Hi I have created a domain controller and a VM to connect this DC I have succeeded but after a little changes now I cannot connect them. actually I had to reinstall the AD so now I cannot connect them. The error is listed here:

DNS was successfully queried for the service location (SRV) resource record used to locate a domain controller for domain "xxx":

The query was for the SRV record for _ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.xxx

The following domain controllers were identified by the query:
win-hduo8q0n3ic.xxx

However no domain controllers could be contacted.

Common causes of this error include:

- Host (A) or (AAAA) records that map the names of the domain controllers to their IP addresses are missing or contain incorrect addresses.

- Domain controllers registered in DNS are not connected to the network or are not running.

I think I know what's wrong with it but don't know how to fix that,

In my past installations a SYSVOL and NETLOGON folder had been added to the shared directories but now there is no shared folder in DCs Shared Directories I don't no why now isn't anything shared and what to do, I found a SYSVOL Folder by searching it manually in the hard disk and I have shared that manually but I didn't found netlogon folder and it didn't work. Do you have any idea?
