Forcing GP Sysvol replication beween DCs

Dears,

I have 10 DCs, one PDC and other are ADCs, all DCs distributed in five sites, sometime GP replication is delayed, my question: how to force GP Sysvol replication between DCs, all my DCs are 2012?
