Having issues on four dc’s, two are virtual win 2012r2 std and the other two are physical win svr 2008 r2 std. The 1st two servers were introduced about a month ago and on each server application consistant events:

6 - Automatic certificate enrollment for local system failed (0x800706ba) The RPC server is unavailable.

13 - Certificate enrollment for Local system failed to enroll for a DomainController certificate with request ID N/A from certsrv.domainname.COM\CertSrv (The RPC server is unavailable. 0x800706ba (WIN32: 1722 RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE)).

82 - Certificate enrollment for Local system failed in authentication to all urls for enrollment server associated with policy id: {072524F8-48D3-4E53-80F3-C1774DEF4212} (The RPC server is unavailable. 0x800706ba (WIN32: 1722 RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE)). Failed to enroll for template: DomainController

On one of the virtual vms in system logs seeing this event and not sure if related:

36886 - No suitable default server credential exists on this system. This will prevent server applications that expect to make use of the system default credentials from accepting SSL connections. An example of such an application is the directory server. Applications that manage their own credentials, such as the internet information server, are not affected by this.

It is believed that this is related to some of the SSO issues were having but not sure. Please someone point me in the right direction.
