AD Replication Status Tool shows "Orphaned nTDSDSA Objects Found"

Hi,

Today I downloaded the AD Replication Status Tool to see health of my AD replication.

We have total 3 DCs (1 primary and 2 additional DCs).

As per help of this tool, I should see all list of all my DCs after moving ahead with Select Targets. However, I only see the Domain Name with no information of any of my DCs.

Furthermore, the tool shows 3 orphaned entries under "View Missing Domain Controllers".

So far, everything is going well including replication of newly created users, etc between all my DCs. However, the result of this tool is worrying and cannot be ignored, as it has put all my DCs under"View Missing Domain Controllers" area.

I request help to understand the reason for such results and what is wrong in my environment, and how to resolve this.
