Here's my scenario:
I Work for a company with two forests. There's a working/active trust between these two forests that I validated today. On forest A - there's an AD Integrated zone of Forest B. Please note this zone is not a secondary zone. It's an AD Integrated Zone.
On Forest B - there's a Secondary Zone of Forest A. That makes sense to me.
Please note this setup predates me. My question is how was is it possible to create an AD integrated zone of Forest B in Forest A. It's not a big deal because Forest B doesn't contain a lot of records and we rarely update it. However, when we do - I have to remember to update Forest A manually after changing something in Forest B.
I would rather have a secondary zone setup and configure the notify feature so this happens automatically but I'm not sure it's worth it at this point. Anyway, I hope that was clear. Your input on this scenario, and recommendations, are greatly appreciated.
