Future of Active Directory Administrator after Azure Active Directory (Office 365)

Hi Guys,

I have been working as Active Directory Administrator since last 4 Years.

I am worried about my career after I heard of companies migrating to Office 365 to save their IT cost.

I would be glad, If could help answers few of my questions.

1. How much will this impact Active Directory Administrator?
2. What should I do to sustain in IT Industry?
3. Will Microsoft completely drop support and product release for Active Directory on-premise servers?
4. Will Azure AD (AAD) replace on-premise AD (ADDS) servers?
