Hello,
I am looking for a way to manually issue (as domain admin) user certificates for Secure Email purposes for AD users, without having them request the certificates through the web enrollment form.
I found there is an 'Enroll on Behalf ..' option in Windows Server 2008, but this one is Windows Server 2003 Enterprise CA.
Is there a procedure for this?
