Grant only permission to change hostname?

Hi,

I'm trying to grant the privilege to change hostname of a PC that joined this domain, what privileges should I give to it? I already tried to give Full Control on the "Computers" object in Domain Users and Computer management mmc console, but it still requires admin password, when I change the hostname on a Windows 7 client (in the computer properties window)
