unable to find logon entries in Event Viewer

I'm running a Windows Server 2008 Active Directory domain and I want to be able to see event entries when somebody logs in to any workstation or member server that's joined to the domain.

I checked the Domain Controllers group policy and I do have "Account Logon settings" and "logon events" turned on for both Success and Failure.

I logged into a member server just to test, went to the Command Prompt and typed SET L to determine the domain controller I was logging into.  I then went to the Event Viewer for the domain controller but I couldn't find any of the events showing that I logged in to that specific computer.  It showed that I logged in to the domain controller only, even though at that particular time I wasn't logging in to the DC at all.

How do I fix this?
