Change Default Values for Unix Attributes

Hi Folks

I can't seem to find an answer to this anywhere, can anyone help?

Environment

DC's Server 2008 R2 - Server 2003 DFL,FFL - Microsoft Identity Management For Unix installed.

When creating  a Unix user through the AD Users & Computers GUI you select the NIS domain from the drop down and this pre-populates the fields with data as per the below image:

Clik here to view.

I have a requirement to always have the same Login Shell (/bin/bash) and always have the same Home Directory (/login/static).

To save time and errrors when our Service Desk set up ad-hoc users I would like to change what the default data pre-populates.

Is there a way to change what the default data is for the domain?

Any help on this would be appreciated.
