Root Domain not seeing user account properties from child domain

Hi All,

Im abit stumped here and going slightly mental staring at random post all over the show :)

I have a child domain where i create a new User, after replication the users properties are visable across the domain but im unable to see the properties in the root domain but am able to see the user account itself.

When i Double Click the User this is what i see:

Note: This is a brand new account created, This account is accessable on all other domain controllers

Additional Info:

• Servers: Server 2008, Server 2003
• Forest Functional Level: Server 2003
• Domain Functional Level: Server 2003
