Primary Domain Controller (PDC) fails, but Image Backup and System State available

Hi,

we are running a Windows Server 2003 AD Domain. We have one PDC and two BDCs. Last night the PDC failed, because of castrophic failure of the Synology iSCSI device using Samsung hard disks.

How ever we have an image backup of the PDC from the night before as well as the AD System state from the PDC. The PDC also holds an Exchange Server 2003 instance.

We have another host where we could the recover the PDC VM. How should we proceed?
