Server cant determine user name, just show SID, and then disappear

Hi!!

I'm having problems when I try to add any domain user or group to local groups in the server 2008 ST. The user or group is displayed as SID, and after apply settings the groupdisappear.

So, the problem went when I try to add a group to local administrator or any other group. and any other things like TMG roles or folder share.

But on another server windows Ent all works fine.

There are my scenario:

Windows server 2008 R2 Datacenter+ Hyper-v

Windows server 2008 R2 Datacenter + Hyper-v

Windows server 2008 R2 Standard

Windows server 2008 R2 Enterprise

All server are VM
