I have a single user that when accessing shared Office files (Word, Excel,..), They get[Protected View], and when they [Enable Editing], it turns to
[Read-Only]. I went to the root of the share and gave them Full Control of everything in that share, and verified the permissions down to a specific document. I tried to access them as myself, and I have no problem. Also, the other users that have access
to those documents, have no problem either. Just the one user. Please help.
Update:
Any new document that same user creates becomes [Read-Only] to other users as well. I had the user log on to different machines, and same issue, so it's not machine specific. I created a new account for her and tried that way, but the new account has the exact same issues.
Please advise.
