Cannot Authorize my DHCP server (ID 1059 ( The DHCP server failed to see a directory server for authorization) )

Cannot Authorize my DHCP server

I have Primary Domain ControllerDC1(wdc.com 2012 server) 96.96.96.96

I have made DC32012 server {DC3.wdc.com ;96.96.96.99} Member and Install Role DHCP from WDC.com By ( Add role and Feature and Selecting DC3 ) >> It install successful, But the DHCP Authorize failed

I move to DC3 and Configure the DHCP server well it work and Client got IP address

But There was Error

ID 1059 ( The DHCP server failed to see a directory server for authorization)

ID 10020 (this computer has at least one dynamically assigned ipv6 address.) (I Check the IPv6 but it was Disable and I have not enable DHCPv6 )

This was Found on Both the DC1 server and DC3.wdc.com

Steps that i have Taken to solve

  1. I have Restart the DHCP Services
  2. Remove Role and Reinstall

While DHCP Post-Install Configuration Wizard

Creating Security Groups ............. Dones

Authorizing DHCP Server ................... Failed

the authorization of dhcp server failed with error code 20079. The specified server are already present in the directory services. if the DHCP server is not authorized by ADDS, it cannot resond to DHCP Request

Even though I have

To authorize a DHCP server in Active Directory

I have Open DHCP1.

In the console tree, click DHCP.

On the Action menu, click Manage authorized servers.

The Manage Authorized Servers dialog box appears.   (96.96.96.99 and even 96.96.96.96  )

Click Authorize.

I got error

The DHCP services could not contact Active Directory

What Should I Do!!!!    ....
