I am working towards an Associates degree as a Computer User Support Specialist. I have been given the following question and have been searching for an answer that makes sense to me for about 4 days. The teacher made the question deliberately
vague, but I think it is referring to a business environment. The question is, "A user calls and can't login to their PC. The PC is on an Active
Directory Windows network. How would you troubleshoot to determine what the problem is? List the possible problems and your solution for each." Any direction I've gone to find an answer leads me to extremely technical discussions that I don't understand.
Is there anyone who can give me an answer that a person who does not have the advanced knowledge can understand and use to solve the issue?
