Adprep \ domainprep fails

The below is occurring when we are trying to prepare the Windows 2003 domain for the addition of a Windows 2008 R2 Domain Controller.Please

Adprep was about to call the following LDAP API. ldap_search_s(). The base entry to start the search is cn=d262aae8-41f7-48ed-9f35-56bbb677573d,cn=Operations,cn=DomainUpdates,c
n=System,DC=ads,DC=xxx,DC=org,DC=in.

[Status/Consequence]

The operation has not run or is not currently running. It will be run next.

Adprep was about to call the following LDAP API. ldap_modify_s(). The entry to modify is DC=ads,DC=xxx,DC=org,DC=in.

LDAP API ldap_modify_s() finished, return code is 0x13 [2012/11/19:11:13:36.832] Adprep was unable to modify some attributes on object DC=ads,DC=xxx,DC=org,DC=in.

[User Action] 

Check the log file ADPrep.log in the
C:\WINNT\debug\adprep\logs\20121119111336 directory for more information.
