We can't be the only company trying to Sync our AD users with the list on an HR database. If HR removes an associate for example, can it be removed from AD automatically and/or notify appropriete IT? We use ADP, which is a huge popular company. What 3rd party programs are people using to perform this type of sync. I have search around but only find csv, importing tools that just update records but don't provide a queue or anything of potential adds or removes.
