Top level AD domain Name

Hi,

Installed the AD on Server 2012 Virtual Machine with top level domain name .LOCAL. Company already has Internet name with top name .ORG (Company.org). Is that possible to change top internal domain from .local to .org?

I think it will be easier for me to deploy an Exchange later with user’s address user@company.org instead user@company.local.
