domain controllers of different domains of the same forest in the same site?

Hi all,

I've a forest with 2 domains, let's say DOM_A and DOM_B, each domain has 2 domain controllers. All the domain controllers of both domains are in the same physical location.

I've to create a single AD site with all four domain controllers?
