waiting for initial replication dfs

Hi

We have an lab environment with 4 domain controllers Windows Server 2012. We where going to deploy some GPOs and noticed that the GPOs where not replicated to the other domain controllers. When we see in the event viewer, we can see the following: "waiting for initial replication", and there is no SYSVOL on several DC.

1. Good links for troubleshooting DFS

2. Overview of ports that need to be open for DFS

3. Is it dfsrdiag thats the best tools for troubleshooting these kind of problems ?

4. I see many links on DFSR is this related so if DFS is not working, then DFSR is not working either ?

For information if we create a group or user object, these objects are replicated to the other domain controllers.
