"The trust relationship between this workstation and primary domain failed"

I have Active Directory on (Windows Server 2008 Enterprise) and Exchange Server 2010

Note:    My all client machines have DHCP enabled IP Address (Dynamic Addresses) No static IP’s.

Problem:

My (Primary AD) was down then I moved (5) FSMO roles into (AD Member Server) to act as Primary.

I found no issue around 3 weeks.

Now I am facing a very serious problem that all client machines are getting error message:

“The trust relationship between this workstation and primary domain failed".

I have more than (1700 client machines) connected with DC, I need to fix this issue at (SERVER LEVEL).

I have searched this error a lot, the only solution I have found yet that to resolve it at Client machine level, but this not possible for me to go on every client machine up to 1700 nodes…..!!!

I am looking for effective solution on Server level. Please suggest me what is the best practice and recommended solution to fix this issue at (SERVER LEVEL) only.

I shall very thankful for your kind help and suggestions.

Regards,

Muhammad Daud.
