User Account Setting Log on to All Computers not staying.

The organisation that I am working for has introduced some Windows 2012 Servers to it's infrastructure which was an Essential Business Server site. It was hoped that the Main Essential Business Server would be retired but this hasn't happened yet, due to it running a very useful Remote Web Workplace function.

Two new domain controllers have been introduced and they are Windows 2012 servers. The masters operations are set thus. One of the new Domain controllers has RID and Infrastructure but the old Essential Business Server still has PDC and that needs to remain at the moment. My problem is that I created a new user on the system since the 2012 domain controllers came on and had problems logging her on. I changed the logon to computer setting to All Computers but it keeps moving back again and then she is locked out of her computer and also the Virtual PC that she uses. Before the new DC I would have to add  a cal to a new user in the Administration Console but I am not supposed to have to do this since the new DCs were brought in.

Basically everytime the user goes to logon it fails and I have to go to AD Users and Computers and change the Logon to bit of the User Properties back to All computers then she can log on again.

Why is it doing this?

How can I resolve the issue?
