What can be issue if forest trust and External trust are created for external domain with my parent domain and child domain

Hi

In my infra, there is one external domain which is have forest trust with my parent domain and external trust with my child domain.

Is this can be impact any issue of authentication.

recently, we are facing one application publish on citrix application and when the user of external forest or domain try to access, they get first time authentication denied and second time, they get in or can access the application.

I want to know if this can be due to Trust or another cause.

Also, my forest trust and external trusts are set as domain wide authentication.
