How can I specify a particular server with the CreateDSObject function?

I have a working commandline:

createUser = CreateDSObject("","","",strObjParent,cn,"contact",arrReqAttrs,iNumReqArr,arrReqArr,False,"",0,"","")

I can't figure out how to specify a particular DC.

I am not sure if this is the correct forum to get this question answered.

Any help would be appreciated. Searching the Internet for an hour yielded no clues.
