Promote a New 2008 Server to Primary DC

I have an existing 2003 Server Environment. I have recently decided to move to a 2008 Environment. How do I pormote the new 2008 Server to DC and remove the 2003 Server from the Environment. My users are currently using the old 2003 DC to logon.

Any help would be appreciated!
