How to hide user account

Hi all,

I have to hide some accounts in Active Directory 2008 R2.

All the user accounts are in the same accounts and only some of them should be hidden by a service account.

Due to some automatic process, I can't split the accounts in different OUs.

If I set a Denied Read on the accounts and properties, they are always visible by my service account.
