ADprep seem not responding

Hi ,

i have an Windows 2003 R2 Server , it has an 5 FSMO roles , but when i wanted to promote this server to "Microsoft Server 2008 R2" , it seem that it not able

i do an ADprep /forestprep - it seem find

but after i do an adprep /domainprep - somehow it is not responding

i went into c:windows/debug/adprep folder , it is empty
