DFS namespace server showing up even though I've deleted it

We have a namespace in our test environment called AppsData.  It had 2 namespace servers, server33 and server66.  Server33 was retired without my knowledge (as happens sometimes in our test environment).  It is still showing in the DFS Management MMC even though I have deleted it from the MMC.

When I delete it from the MMC, I get the following warning "The namespace \\test.com\appsdata on server33 cannot be detected.  The RPC server is unavailable.  Do you want to forcibly remove the namespace server?"  I click OK and the server disappears from the Namespace Servers tab.  However, if I close down the MMC and re-open it, the server33 shows back up.

I have additionally removed the reference to server33 in ADSI Edit under the remoteServerName attribute for CN=AppsData,CN=Dfs-Configuration,CN=System,DC=test,DC=com for AppsData.

What am I missing here?
