W2k3 AD Event ID 1028 ?

Hi everybody,

has anyone of you encountered Error ID 1028 in an Active Directory environment yet? It occurs occasionally on a 2003 DC.
All i found up to now is that there is no KB article to this error yet as well as nothing in the forums.

the event log says:
