We noticed that on several Windows 2008 R2 servers in our customers domain the following problem :
When loging on, on the server with a normal account, it displays Unable to open service manager. Error code 5.
When you click ok, the error is cleared and the user can continue working.
I noticed this problem on recently updated servers with multiple roles (SQL server, Terminal Server, CRM server, etc... )
Server has following updates applied : KB2565063 , KB2830290, KB2829361, KB2847204, KB2798162, KB890830, KB2804576
KB2820197, KB2829530, KB2804579.
Any idea what might cause this error ?
