I have a CSV. Contents are below:

samAccountName,manager
user1SamAccountName,user1Manager_samAccountName
user2SamAccountName,user2Manager_samAccountName
user3SamAccountName,user3Manager_samAccountName

My objective is to bulk update 'manager' AD attribute from CSV containing samAccountNames (of user with respective manager).
What will be the PowerShell (Microsoft, Quest) for it?
