Hey guys how you going
Im an IT technician at a school, my boss gave me a new phone for work
Ive been trying to add my exchange account to it, but it doesnt work
Ive had this problem for a long time, and got my boss to help look at it, but it never got resolved
I used to have an iphone and I tried to add my exchange mail account to it, and now ive gotten a nokia lumia windows phone and its given me the same issues
I can add other people exchange accounts to both phone with no problems, so its definitely something with my AD account
The nokia phone at least gives me an error code when trying to sync my mail:
Error Code 86000C0A
Looked online and found a few suggestions to try fix and they were saying to tick "allow inheritable permissions"
but when i go to my AD account i cannot find "inheritable permissons" under security > advanced security at all under my username in AD
I will ask my boss to help me because im not active directory expert, but i know the basics, but can anyone here help me now? I might be able to fix this thing myself
