AD and Domain Centralization

Dear all,

I've been asked by my company to setup and centralize all our branch AD and domain.
Right now, I've 6 branches, and every branch have their own AD.

For effectiveness, company asked me to centralize all the users and AD, so the AD users being managed by the Head Office.

My question is:
1. How I can do this? Each branch already tunneling (VPN). So branch A, can 'ping' to branch B, C. Branch B, can 'ping' to branch A, C.
Branch C, already also can 'ping' to  branch A and B.
Ping can be done by IP, but if I ping with computer name on other branch, it can not.
2. How also about total node or IP in the network?  Do I have to set them in the same subnet? e.g: 192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.254
If I set it like that, total users only 254 users.  Can I expand it to more than 300 users.

That's all my problem, hope somebody can give answer for this.

Thank you.

Regards,
Hengga
